Are you feeling a painful sensation is some area of your body, maybe a throb, or a pinch or a serious ache? There could be many reasons for this annoying feeling. 1) it could be you hurt yourself, physically, 2) you could be carrying a leftover hurt from your past, mentally, or 3) you could be eating foods that are making you sick. Whatever the case maybe, it is time for you to deal with it.

Pain is a warning sign, if it starts out minor, you have time to do something about it before it becomes a major pain. Just like when you are driving a see a big, red, stop sign, you know just what to do, press on the brake, stop, and look in all direcations before proceeding. The signs of pain, require the same attention, stop and pay attention and ask yourself healing questions before proceeding. Questions to help you get to the source of the problem and then do something about it.
For example, let's say that you are feeling achy in your bones, this may indicate that your life's foundation and/or structure may be weak. Are you being supported or giving support to family members? You may need to rebuild, rebalance or completely restructure from the inside out. You may want to meditate on resolving what is unresolved, you may decide to eliminate some processed foods from you diet in order to remove unwanted weight. The answer is in the action, do something about it now, not later.
