7-day food exchange
In order to change a habit, first you must know that it is a habit. We typically do the same thing that we have alway done, until something causes us to change. Most of the time food habits are forced upon us due to illness or health conditions that require change. So, before it is forced, take notice of what you eat. Journal breakfast, snack, lunch, midday snack, dinner, and evening snack. Do this for 7 days, then for the next seven days replace the junk food snacking with almonds, fruit or yogurt. Journal how you feel at the end of the 7 day exchange.
