ABC's To Good Health

If we are honest with ourselves, it would be true to say that we all think about good health. It may be thought of because we want to feel better, look better or just overhaul the body, or it maybe thought of because of a sickness, illness and constant pain. But whatever the reason, no one wants to be forced or made to make change, it will come with major resistance. So lets start with the ABC's of good health, just like a baby starts with a bottle for feeding, then takes cereal or rice in the bottle, then takes baby food, and eventually graduates to table food. It is for very good reason that it is a process for feeding babies. They have to develop into eating table food, physically. We understand that our bodies need proper nourshiment to develop properly and that is why we eat.
So consider these ABC's for a better, healthier you.
A- Always think about what you are eating. Is it feeding the body or satifying the mind (cravings)?
B- Balance the intake of food daily. I ain't saying you gotta join weight watchers to weigh your food, but there should be portion control.
C- Care about what you put in your month. Realize that what you are eating is either building or destroying your body.
D- Do it on purpose. If you want to see change on the outside (loss of weight), you have to change your mental perception.
