For example, I was spending time with a co-worker and because she could tell by my behavior that I was feeling low, in the dumps kinda way. She quickly began sharing with me the details of an event that she was currently experiencing. You know the old saying "misery loves company". What changes the way you feel, its not on the outside, its on the inside, change your mind, think something happy,something beautiful and then smile. You feel better instantly.
